There is limited guest parking available at the hotel. Further parking is available in the multi storey car park directly across the road from the hotel (via lit underpass).

Getting to the hotel

Stevenage Train Station is within 15 minutes walk.
The train station links Stevenage to London and the North.
London Luton Airport is the closest airport to the hotel (approx 13 miles) which is less than half an hour away by road. There is also a regular bus service between London Luton airport and Stevenage, which takes around 45-50 minutes.

Chells doctor surgery is a five minute drive from the hotel. Lister Hospital is off junction 8 of the A1, approx 2 miles from the hotel.

Only assistance dogs are welcome at the hotel.

Accessible rooms are available within the hotel with lifts to all floors. The hotel has an accessible front door at the entrance. Lounge bar and all areas of the restaurant are wheelchair accessible. There are limited accessible parking bays on site.

We cater for any special diets, but advance notice is preferred. Vegetarian options are available at all times in our lounge and restaurant

Children and families
Children of all ages are welcome. A limited number of family rooms are available. Children up to the age of 18 are free when sharing with 2 adults. Meals are charged as follows:-

• Children under 13 eat free
• Cots and high chairs are available. We have baby listening facilities.
• Children over 14 are charged a full adult price for meal and accomodation
